Event Description

Biofuels International is pleased to announce that the third Biofuels International expo & conference will be held in Prague on 5-6 May 2010.

With over 400 attendees in 2009, 2010 promises to be even bigger and better.

To reflect the industry’s move towards advanced biofuels and renewable power generation this year’s event will include streams on biogas and biomass, as well as biodiesel and bioethanol.

The event will bring together medium to large biodiesel, bioethanol and biogas producers, policy makers, investors, plant designers and feedstock suppliers to promote business opportunities and discuss the uncertain future of the sector.

As the market gradually recovers from the global economic crisis it is more important than ever that the market learns how to overcome market challenges including availability of inexpensive feedstocks, sustainability, petroleum price volatility production overcapacity.

The two day conference will cover areas such as ever changing regulations, best practices, future growth and outlook trends, emerging feedstocks, second generation technology and production methods, biomass pre-treatment options, storage and handling concerns and quality control.
